About Us

At Skye Building Services, our goal is to execute all projects to the highest quality, the most competitive price, and to the satisfaction of the clients and architects alike.

We understand that quality installation, done safely and at a low cost, is critical to survival. We strive to make the workplace an enjoyable, productive environment, for all clients and subcontractors.

The difference with Skye is that we run all of our projects, no matter what the delivery method, using proven policies and procedures more typical to larger firms. This controls cost and schedule, keeps the team informed and intimately involved with all aspects of the project, and provides an open, enjoyable working environment.

Skye is firmly based on the experience of over 70 years of construction knowledge from its founders. Our company combines strong leadership and sound management practices, to provide solutions, and expertise to serve the client. We work closely with owners, architects and subcontractors, through open communication and honesty allowing our projects to be completed on budget, within schedule and to the highest safety standards.

A service is only as good as its personnel; therefore our promise is to provide an atmosphere with construction professionals that are easy to work with. We understand that employees and subcontractors alike are the key to Skye's success. Most importantly, we recognize that all subcontractors are a reflection of our own company culture and reputation, and therefore manage their involvement as though all subcontractors are Skye employees.

A project with zero change orders is a successful project. Skye works with the architect and engineer from day one sharing our experience and knowledge gained on similar projects to identify potential cost or schedule issues early, when they have minimal impact. We conduct weekly meetings where we identify construction, schedule and budget issues and resolve them as a team.
