Aviation is our core construction business. We understand how airports are operated, what our client needs are and how to execute projects that are tailored to the environment.

COMMERCIAL

Our projects include retail, data centers, HOA buildings and restaurants. We provide our clients with the every best in time performance, quality work and risk management.

EDUCATION K-12

Skye is proud to support our communities though our local schools. Our integrity always produces great projects but we know there is more to building than the construction. It is the safety for the students and creating an environment with which our kids thrive.

JOB ORDER CONTRACTS

We specialize in the contracting work through the Job Order Contract process and are proficient in using RS Means for bidding purposes. Providing not only great value but helping our clients understand and feel confident with this style of contracting.
